Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (who is not the deliverer) takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a brief message by email or letter. An informal text is sufficient – it is important that it clearly states that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery method).
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used when placing your order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge you any fees for the refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided us with evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Please return the goods to us within 14 days of your cancellation. This deadline is considered met if you send the goods on time.
You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this was caused by handling that was not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to your personal wishes or that have been clearly tailored to your needs.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. In concrete terms, this means that sealed food products like our pasta can only be returned unopened.
General information
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable alternative packaging to avoid transport damage.
- Please do not return goods to us freight collect.
- These instructions are not mandatory, but they help us process returns quickly and smoothly.
