Orders can also be placed via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3 The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the customer\u2019s order by email or delivers the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4 The contract language is German.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.5 Order processing is generally automated and carried out via email. The customer must ensure that their email address is correct and that they can receive emails from the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Details of this, including statutory exceptions (e.g. for sealed foodstuffs that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons), can be found in the <strong>Cancellation policy<\/strong> of the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Prices and payment terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1 All prices in the shop are final prices in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2 Available payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Sofort\/Klarna, SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are displayed during the ordering process. Payments are processed via secure payment service providers such as Stripe, Klarna, Mollie, or PayPal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3 In the case of credit card payments, the account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5) Delivery and shipping conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1 Deliveries shall be made to the delivery address specified by the Customer within the delivery area specified by the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2 If delivery fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible (e.g., incorrect address, refusal of acceptance), the customer shall bear any resulting additional costs. This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3 Delivery times, shipping costs and available delivery areas are specified in the respective product information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4 No deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.5 <strong>Self-collection is possible by arrangement.<\/strong> The pickup address will be communicated during the ordering process or in the order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6) Retention of title<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7) Liability for defects (warranty)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statutory liability for defects applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8) Applicable law<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
